Program Description

Data Solution Global LLC ("Data Solution Global," "we," "us," or "our") uses Microsoft Teams Phone to conduct one-to-one text message (SMS) conversations between our individual employees and their business contacts. Each SMS-enabled phone number is assigned to a specific Data Solution Global employee.

Messages are conversational business communications relating to an existing or prospective business relationship. This includes scheduling and confirming calls and meetings, following up on proposals, solicitations, and contract documents, coordinating vendor and partner onboarding, responding to inbound inquiries, and communicating with job candidates about their applications.

This program does not send marketing or promotional messages, bulk or mass messages, automated alerts, or API-generated messages.

Consent and Opt-In

You are enrolled in this program only if you have provided your mobile number directly to a Data Solution Global employee in the ordinary course of business. This may occur by telephone, by email, on a business card, in a signed agreement, on a submitted job application, or in a government or corporate vendor registration in which you listed a mobile number for business communication.

At the time your number is provided, the Data Solution Global employee will inform you that we may follow up by text message and that you may opt out at any time.

We do not purchase, rent, or obtain mobile numbers from third-party lists, and we do not send messages to individuals who have not provided their number to us directly. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of any business relationship with Data Solution Global.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only as part of an ongoing business conversation and are not sent on a recurring or scheduled basis.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Data Solution Global does not charge for text messages. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received from a Data Solution Global number.

After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will receive no further text messages from that number. If you wish to resume messages, reply START to the same number.

Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email or telephone contact. To change those preferences, contact us using the details below.

Supported Carriers and Delivery

This program is available on major U.S. and Canadian wireless carriers. Both sender and recipient numbers must be United States (including Puerto Rico) or Canadian numbers.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and to network availability.

MMS and picture messaging are not supported. Messages are plain text only.

Privacy

Mobile information collected in connection with this program will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the program after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
